Lindsey and Zack’s December wedding at the stunning Rosewood Farms in Elkton, MD was such an amazing day! Last December Zack planned out the perfect Christmas themed proposal while the two were at Kozier Christmas Village with some friends. In front of the big Christmas tree, Zack dropped down to one knee and asked Lindsey to be his wife! After being together for 5 amazing years, she couldn’t say yes fast enough!! I actually met Zack in August of 2018 when he was the best man for Jordan + Josh’s wedding!! I absolutely LOVE getting to work with groups of friends at different weddings, it’s so much fun!!

Rosewood Farms December Wedding

For their big day they chose the perfect blue and ivory color palette to accent their winter wedding. They chose to keep things traditional and opted for no first look, and the looks on Zack’s face as Lindsey walked down the aisle was absolutely priceless. These two have hearts of gold, and it showed every moment of the day. The morning of the wedding it was pouring down rain, but we kept saying- the sun is going to come out!! And OH the sun came out just in time!! Literally minutes before the ceremony was about to start the clouds cleared and it was bright and sunny!! We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset for their bride and groom portraits after the ceremony!

Lindsey and Zack brought parts of their relationship and personalities into the day in special ways. One of my favorite parts was when they did a honeymoon game with their guests (SO COOL!!). Each table represented a different honeymoon destination and had a key on their table. One guest would come up to the head table and attempt to unlock the bird cage, whichever key worked, was where they would go on their honeymoon and FIJI WON!! So sometime soon they will be jet setting off to FIJI!!!

Congratulations Lindsey and Zack, I am so thankful to have been a part of your big day! You two are very special people and I am so glad I was able to capture your love story!! CHEERS!
