Nicole and Adam met in Arlington, VA and that’s where they have created their life together. When choosing an engagement session location Georgetown was an immediate great location because we could get some gorgeous shots with the city that has their heart in the background. They met there over 4 years ago at the engineering firm that they both worked at and the rest was history. They have been together ever since and got engaged this past December. Nicole’s family is originally from Long Island, NY so they went to NYC in December near the holidays and Adam knew it was the perfect time to pop the question. Right there in front of the big Christmas tree at Rockefeller center, he dropped to one knee and asked her to be his wife- she said YES! (duh!)
We had a gorgeous sunrise the morning of their shoot had a great time exploring Georgetown! Towards the end of the shoot they swapped into their College football jerseys, growing up in Maryland I support Nicole’s jersey, but I might have to support Adam a little bit more as I’m a Penn State Alum myself! 😉 I seriously cannot wait for their two part wedding this upcoming September-day one will be at the stunning 8 Chains North Winery in Virginia and day two will be at Provision No. 14 in DC. Congrats love birds- can’t wait for your big day!
